what is the sneak it in challenge?

The Sneak It In Challenge encourages people to sneak in small bouts of physical activity whenever, wherever and however works best for them. While everyone’s life situation is different, making room in your busy schedule for short movement breaks will help you be your best self by improving your mood, energy, creativity, focus, productivity and more. You don’t have to lift weights at a gym, take high-intensity exercise classes or run a marathon. Any physical activity you love doing or suits your needs or circumstances counts.

how to join the challenge

  1. Download or open the free Optimity app to join in the Challenge.
  2. Track your physical activity (“move minutes”) on the app from September 15 to 30.
  3. Win prizes, including daily raffle prizes and a $500 Sport Chek gift card grand prize!

  • Daily raffle prizes: One of four $20 Sport Chek gift cards awarded every day of the Challenge between September 15 and 30
