what is sneak it in ?

Sneak It In is all about encouraging people to sneak in small bouts of physical activity whenever, wherever and however works best for them. While everyone’s life situation is different, making room in your busy schedule for short movement breaks will help you be your best self by improving your mood, energy, creativity, focus, productivity and more. You don’t have to lift weights at a gym, take high-intensity exercise classes or run a marathon. Any physical activity you love doing or suits your needs or circumstances counts.

Way to be sneaky, Canada!

To help motivate people across the country to sneak in movement, we hosted our second annual Sneak It In Challenge on the Optimity app. Between September 15 and 30, 2025:

  • 12,888 people from coast to coast to coast participated in the Challenge.
  • Over 31 million “move minutes” were tracked by participants.
