It's Canada's day to get up, get out and get active!

National Health and Fitness Day (NHFD) is an initiative to help Canadians get moving, starting by marking the first Saturday in June as the day when Canadians get out and get active in any way they wish. What better way to celebrate being Canadian and active than to check some activities off your 150 Play List this year or to host a 150 Play List event or program to help members of your community move?
